After local skin disinfection, 22G nerve block puncture needle was used to enter the needle from the front of the probe, and the Angle was adjusted to slowly advance to the radial nerve, through the brachial muscle to reach the vicinity of the radial nerve. Local anesthesia drug (0.375% ropivacaine 3-5ml) was injected. During the injection, attention was paid to whether the patient had electrocution-like abnormal sensation
