Observation on the effect of improved cleaning method of bone marrow puncture needle

Objective To explore and improve the cleaning method of bone marrow puncture needle. Methods According to the principle of randomization, 729 bone marrow puncture needles were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group. The conventional group used multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning + high-pressure water gun flushing + automatic cleaning machine cleaning; the test group was soaked with alkaline cleaning solution before ultrasonic cleaning, and after the cleaning of the cleaning machine, it was found that there was blood residue with 20 g/L hydrogen peroxide solution. Soak for 30 minutes before washing. The cleaning effects of the two groups were compared by visual inspection, light source magnifying inspection and occult blood test. The results were checked by visual inspection and light magnifying glass. The test combination rate was 98.92%, and the control group was 90.28%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01); the test result of the occult blood test was 98.10% in the control group. The pass rate was 88.61%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion On the basis of traditional cleaning methods, pretreatment with alkaline cleaning solution and immersion in 20g/L hydrogen peroxide solution can effectively improve the cleaning quality of bone marrow puncture needles.
