Modified puncture needle for liver lesion puncture

Improved cytological examination of liver lesions by puncture needle. Ordinary needles were used to make 2 to 3 holes on the side wall near the tip. Length units were marked on the needles. Patients with lesions smaller than 3cm were punctured under the guidance of B-ultrasound; patients with lesions larger than 3cm were punctured directly after b-ultrasound positioning. Pathologically, 212 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 8 cases of intrahepatic metastasis, 5 cases of hemangioma, 3 cases of bacterial liver abscess and 2 cases of amoeba liver abscess were diagnosed. This method avoids the disadvantages of traditional fine needle aspiration, such as large negative pressure of needle tube, easy blockage of needle hole, less absorption, difficult to grasp the puncture depth, and high diagnostic accuracy.
