Before clamping the processing raw materials, the size of billet should be measured to see if it conforms to the requirements of the drawing, and its placement must be carefully checked to see if it is consistent with the programming instructions.

After finishing rough machining, self-check should be carried out in time so as to adjust the data with errors in time.

The main content of self-inspection is the size of the position of the processing part.

(1) whether the mechanical parts are loose in the process of processing.

(2) Whether the processing technology of the parts is correct and the starting point of the number of touches.

(3) Whether the size from the machining position of CNC parts to the reference edge (reference point) meets the requirements of the drawing.

(4) CNC machining parts between the location of the size. After checking the position and size, we should measure the rough-machined shape ruler (except the arc).

The parts shall be finished after rough machining confirmation. Self-check the shape and size of the drawing parts before finishing: check the basic length and width of the processing parts in the vertical plane; Measure the dimension of the base point marked on the drawing for the machining part of the inclined surface.

Complete the parts self-inspection, confirm that the drawings and process requirements are in accordance with the workpiece can be removed and sent to the inspector for special inspection.
