Percutaneous hepatocentesis is based on the principle of negative pressure attraction, a small amount of liver tissue is extracted from the liver by rapid puncture method, and the changes of the tissue morphology are directly observed under the microscope. Then combined with clinical data, liver disease is diagnosed. However, due to the small size of the collected specimens, it is difficult to completely represent all the lesions of the liver. However, like viral hepatitis, fatty liver and various types of cirrhosis, the liver lesions are diffuse, so although the liver tissue is small, it can reflect the nature and degree of the lesions more accurately.
