Injection of hyaluronic acid to fill the tear trough

Preoperative preparation: mark the injection site at the tear trough, take pictures, and disinfect

Local anesthesia: intradermal injection of 2% lidocaine plus epinephrine 0.03-0.05ml at the marked position, followed by slight finger pressing before local anesthesia.

Filling with hyaluronic acid: After anesthesia, perform an intradermal retrograde injection, inject small droplets of hyaluronic acid slowly and orderly, like a string of water droplets exiting the injection needle, and use uniform intensity finger pressure to spread the injection evenly. Perform the same operation at other anesthesia points. Until the nasobuccal groove and infraorbital area are completely treated.

Post-operative care: Apply a light cold compress immediately after the injection and avoid activity and heat for 48 hours.
