5. Check whether there is leakage in the oil pressure unit pipe; Clean and clean the machine after the daily work; Maintain clean and tidy environment around the machine.

Weekly maintenance work:

1. Clean the air filter of the heat exchanger, the filter of the cooling pump and the lubricating oil pump; Check whether the tool pull bolt is loose and the tool handle is clean;

2. clean the impurities and water in the compressed gas, check the amount of oil in the oil mist separator, check whether the work of the solenoid valve is normal, check the sealing in the pneumatic system, because the quality of the gas system directly affects the tool change and lubrication system;

3. Check whether the three-axis mechanical origin is offset; Check whether the tool changer arm of the tool library or the cutter head rotation of the tool library is smooth; If there is an oil cooler to check the oil cooling oil, if it is below the scale line, please fill the oil cooling oil in time;

4. prevent dust and dirt into the CNC device. In the air of the machine workshop, there is generally oil mist, dust and even metal powder. Once they fall on the circuit board or electronic devices in the numerical control system, it is easy to cause the insulation resistance between the elements to drop, and even cause the damage of components and circuit boards.

Monthly maintenance work:

1. Check the lubrication of the shaft track, and the track surface must be well lubricated;

2. Check and clean limit switches and touch blocks;

3. check the knife cylinder oil cup oil is enough, insufficient to add in time;

4. Check whether the signage and warning nameplate on the machine are clear and exist.
