3. Connect the post, insert the needle core, continue to insert the needle clockwise to a depth of about 1.0 cm, and then turn the needle tube 360 degrees. The groove at the front of the needle tube can separate the bone marrow tissue from the medical education network.

4. Withdraw the needle clockwise to the outside of the body, take out the biopsy bone marrow tissue, and place it in 95% ethanol or 10% formaldehyde for fixation.

5. The puncture site was coated with a cotton ball of 2% iodine tincture and lightly pressed, and then a dry cotton ball was used to compress the wound, and a sterile gauze was applied to fix it with adhesive tape.

Precautions: 

1. Do not insert the needle deep at the beginning, if the needle is inserted too deep, it will be difficult to remove the bone marrow tissue.

2. Bone marrow biopsy needles are generally not suitable for sucking bone marrow fluid smears, so the needle tube has a large inner diameter, and the amount of bone marrow fluid absorbed by the syringe is not easy to control, and it is easy to mix blood.
