The process starts with obtaining a steel strip of the precise width required. Then they are made into pipes, which are formed, welded and finished into two sides of a pipe roll on an automatic machine. The diameters of these tubes are quite large, otherwise it would be impossible to mass-produce tubes with very small diameters. These tube loops are then pulled into smaller and smaller tubes until the required needle diameter is reached. The end of the needle is beveled, forming a sharp tip, allowing the needle to easily penetrate the skin.
