After the puncture is in place, local CT scan should be performed to determine whether the needle tip is in the lesion. If the direction needs to be adjusted, the puncture needle should be retreated to the chest wall for adjustment, or the puncture should be pulled out and re-punctured. When adjusting the needle or pulling it out, ask the patient to hold his breath. When the needle is in the body, let the patient breathe calmly and try to avoid coughing. After the puncture, the needle was removed, and the puncture specimen was fixed and sent for pathological examination.
