Biopsy needle is not necessarily cancer, the reason for clinical biopsy is because not sure whether it is cancer, need to do biopsy to take a part of the tissue pathology. Until the pathology comes back, it could be tumor, or it could be benign. It's a question of sequencing. It's a question of getting a biopsy before you get a cancer diagnosis, not before you get a biopsy.
