Dispenser Nozzle Needle

Our reusable precision nozzles are machined for tight tolerance micro-dispensing and are available in orifice sizes from 100 to 500 μm. For finer dispensing sizes, the tips have a 50 μm aperture for applications such as silver paste contact dispensing.

Precision nozzles are designed to dispense epoxies, UV-curable adhesives, solder pastes, cyanoacrylates and other assembly fluids.

Unique nozzle stabilization clamps are available for syringe dispensing using automated systems with pneumatic dispensers. This clip holds the nozzle in place, keeping it in a stable position so the dispensing height is constant for changes in the syringe barrel.
