Development and application of the utility model disposable bone marrow puncture needle

43 patients aged from 2 months to 15 years were treated with a disposable bone marrow puncture needle (patent no. ZL 01277203.8) designed by the author. The success rate of the first sample was 100%, which was significantly better than the one-time syringe puncture method (70%) (P<0.005). This needle is a fine needle, the use of tissue damage is small, do not need anaesthetic, postoperative can not apply, and avoid the phenomenon of needle blockage and cross infection, simple operation, fast, high success rate of sampling. Especially suitable for children under 15 years old and infants bone marrow puncture.
