Jan 15, 2023

Peritoneal puncture tube is an important method to treat peritoneal effusion and diagnose celiac disease. Common complications mainly include the following:
1. Abdominal bleeding: If the coagulation mechanism is abnormal, abdominal bleeding may occur after puncture;
2, abdominal organ damage: mainly damage the bladder, bowel and other related organs;
3, abdominal infection: if disinfection is not strict, or other factors can cause abdominal infection, and fever, abdominal pain and other related symptoms;
4. Drop in blood pressure: If the fluid is extracted too quickly during peritoneal fluid puncture, blood pressure may drop and other manifestations.
Therefore, if there are indications of abdominal puncture, relevant examinations should be perfected during abdominal puncture, and relevant complications should be considered and avoided in time. During puncture aspiration, the speed and volume of fluid extraction should be controlled to reduce the occurrence of relevant complications.
