Third, the dissemination of lesions in the lower lobe. Individual patients may have disseminated lesions in the lower lung field on the same side after three to four injections. Continue to give the original treatment, and the lesions can be gradually absorbed.

Fourth, air embolism, but it is relatively rare, its precautions: the first positioning must be accurate, make sure the puncture needle is in the cavity before injecting medicine. When the second puncture needle punctures the pleura, the action should be quick, and the patient should be told to hold his breath. After the puncture needle enters the cavity, the patient can breathe calmly. The speed of injection in the third cavity should be moderate. Rapid injection can cause severe coughing. Injecting a small amount of lidocaine before injection can prevent severe coughing after injection. After the fourth injection, check again whether there is any medicine in the cavity, and observe whether there is any occurrence of pneumothorax.
