Abduction, external rotation or internal rotation is limited, the affected limb can be shortened, muscle atrophy, and even signs of subluxation. Sometimes axonal pain is positive.

⑤ X-ray performance. Fine or interrupted bone texture, cystic, sclerotic, flat, or collapsed femoral head.
