Clinical Observation of Needle Knife Combined with Triangular Needle Point Acupuncture for Treatment of Dorsal Carpal Ganglion Cyst

Observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife combined with triangular needle in the treatment of ganglion cyst of the dorsal wrist. Method: First use triangular needle to prick the bleeding at the affected branch of the affected side, and then use a needle knife to unblock the ganglion cyst to treat this disease. Results: After 6 to 18 months of follow-up, 21 cases were clinically cured. Conclusion: The treatment of acupotomy combined with triangular needles can dredge the meridians, remove blood stasis and discharge phlegm, treat both symptoms and root causes, and the long-term effect is satisfactory.
