Clinical application of PPDO embedding needle lifting in facial rejuvenation

Objective: To analyze the clinical value and effect of PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO spiral line in improving skin quality and treating facial skin laxity. Methods: From January 2017 to January 2018, 198 patients with facial skin laxity treated by subcutaneous PPDO wire were selected from our hospital, and were divided into observation group and control group according to admission time, 99 cases in each group. Observation group received PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO helix. The control group used only PPDO serrated line. It was better than the two groups in facial relaxation and skin smoothness. Results: The improvement rate of facial relaxation in the observation group was 96.0% higher than 87.9% in the control group, and the improvement rate of skin smoothness was 94.9% higher than 86.9% in the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion :PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO spiral line partial subcutaneous implantation can effectively improve the facial relaxation of patients, improve the degree of facial skin delicacy, worthy of clinical application.
