Precautions after lung puncture surgery:

1. Postoperative treatment The needle biopsy should be observed for 2 to 4 hours after operation. If there is no abnormality in fluoroscopy, radiography or CT scan, the patient can be observed at home.

2. Complications ① Pneumothorax: the most common complication. If the lung is compressed by 20% and symptoms tend to worsen, thoracic exhaust treatment is required. ② Bleeding: mild hemoptysis, order bed rest, oral or intramuscular injection of diazepam. A large number of hemoptysis can be treated with hemostatic agents such as vasopressin after pituitary gland. ③ Air embolism: rare but serious consequences. During operation, attention should be paid to prevent penetration into the pulmonary blood vessels, and the trocar should be blocked with the needle core immediately after each suction to avoid air entry. ④ Tumor diffusion: it is rare. The clockwise core of needle extraction should be properly protected by cannula to avoid the biopsy material falling off along the needle path.
