Bone marrow cell smear is used to judge the degree of nucleated cell proliferation. Bone marrow smear with iron staining and different histochemical staining can provide the basis for the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia and various leukemias. The proliferation of nucleated cells in bone marrow slices was observed under low magnification by selecting a site with uniform distribution of cells. The degree of proliferation of nucleated cells was estimated according to the density of nucleated cells in bone marrow slices or the ratio of nucleated cells to mature red blood cells. Classify and count 100-200 white blood cells, calculate the percentage of various types of white blood cells, and describe the morphology of red blood cells, the number and distribution of platelets. If you see immature erythrocytes, report the number of immature erythrocytes in 100 leukocytes, and explain the classification and count of nucleated cells in stages; calculate the ratio of granules and erythrocytes; observe whether there are other special cells and parasites.

Bone marrow biopsy, referred to as bone marrow biopsy, is to use a special puncture needle to take a small piece of cylindrical bone marrow tissue about 0.5 to 1 cm long for pathological examination.
