2. Traumatic osteomyelitis

Traumatic osteomyelitis is a bone infection caused by bacteria infiltrating the bone tissue through the blood after a deep infection of the muscle tissue caused by physical trauma (such as open fractures, etc.) or skin rupture (such as denervated bone exposure). , The disease is generally manifested as local pus sinuses, wound skin temperature is too high, blood tests showed increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, increased white blood cells, and X-rays showed obvious bone destruction.

3, iatrogenic osteomyelitis

Iatrogenic osteomyelitis is a kind of traumatic osteomyelitis in a broad sense. It is a bone infection caused by incomplete disinfection or indifference of aseptic awareness during orthopedic surgery in hospitals. Although it is a rare medical record in orthopedic surgery, it is one of the three major ways of bone infection.
