Product Description:

The biopsy gun is a spring-loaded, reusable tissue removal device. It can selectively remove living tissue with a length of 22mm or 15mm. The biopsy needle was treated by tip-VUE technique and clearly developed under ultrasound.

Biopsy guns are sold unsterilized, but are packaged properly and ready to be sterilized (see cleaning, disinfection and lubrication guidelines).

The biopsy needle has been sterilized with ethylene oxide without heat. It can only be used by one patient and cannot be reused for disinfection. Biopsy needles are available in various sizes and lengths.

Tissue block biopsy devices are used to obtain biopsy samples from soft tissues such as liver, kidney, prostate, breast, spleen, lymph nodes and various soft tissue tumors. Do not apply to bone tissue. Potential local complications from tissue mass biopsies include hematoma, bleeding, infection, damage to adjacent tissues, and pain. During biopsies, consideration should be given to whether the patient is being treated with anticoagulants or if the patient has hemorrhagic disease.

The biopsy device should be operated under the guidance of imaging (ultrasound, X-ray, CT, etc.), and the operator should be familiar with the indications, contraindications, limitations, typical findings, and possible side effects of tissue biopsy, especially those related to the organ to be biopsied.
