Titanium alloys have no fixed melting point. The melting point of pure titanium is 1668±4℃, while the melting point of the alloy is smaller than the single metal composed of it, so its melting point is less than 1668±4℃.
Titanium is an isomer, melting point is 1668℃, below 882℃, dense hexagonal lattice structure, known as α titanium; Above 882℃, it exhibits a body-centered cubic lattice structure, which is called β titanium. Titanium alloys with different structures can be obtained by adding appropriate alloying elements and changing the phase transition temperature and phase fraction content.
At room temperature, titanium alloys have three kinds of matrix structures, which are divided into the following three categories: α alloys,(α+β) alloys and β alloys. China is represented by TA, TC and TB respectively.
