Summary: strong corrosion resistance in oxidizing environment, but weak corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acid and activation solution, can only be used as the corrosion resistance material for acetic acid manufacturing equipment. It contains 17% Cr and exists in the form of mixed phase (α+γ) at high temperature. The BCC structure of α single-phase is below 1000OC. Widely used ferritic system stainless steel. Intergranular corrosion resistance, ferrite steel C, N solubility is smaller than austenite, and due to Cr, C and other fast diffusion in ferrite, easy to generate carbides, so the intergranular corrosion characteristics are different from that of austenitic stainless steel. The sensitization temperature of 1Cr17 steel ranges from 400 ℃ to 600℃, and sensitization also occurs when exposed to high temperature region above 1100℃. Stabilized in the temperature range of 700-800℃, the Cr produced during carbide formation is depleted, and the sensitization disappears due to Cr rediffusion.
