The process flow of plastic products

1. Preparation before molding

A. Preheating and drying of granulation: if granulation is damp, it should be dried;

B. Preheating of inserts: In order to reduce the gap between metal and plastic cooling shrinkage values, large metal inserts should be preheated first.

C. Cylinder cleaning: when changing products and replacing raw materials, the cylinder should be cleaned.

2, injection molding process feeding - plasticizing - injection - pressure - cooling - open mold take parts

A. Feeding: each feeding should be kept quantitative to ensure uniform plasticizing;

B, plasticizing: granulation is heated in the barrel to reach the melting state;

C, injection: injection machine with a screw into the molten plastic cavity;

D. Pressure holding: after filling, maintain pressure for melting for a certain time;

E. Cooling: keep cooling for a certain time in the mold cavity;

F. Open and take parts: open the mold and take out the products.

3, plastic parts post-processing: plastic parts post-processing:
