TA2 performance: industrial pure titanium is divided into TA1, TA2 and TA3 grades according to the different impurity content. The gap impurity elements of these three kinds of industrial pure titanium are gradually increased, so their mechanical strength and hardness also increase step by step, but the plasticity and toughness decrease correspondingly. The common industrial pure titanium is TA2 because of its moderate corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. TA3 can be used when wear resistance and strength requirements are high. TA1 can be used when better molding performance is required. Aviation standards for TC4 (TI-6Al-4V) alloy requirements are higher than the general industrial standards. TC2 is a kind of A +β titanium alloy, chemical composition is Ti-4Al-1.5Mn, belongs to medium strength titanium alloy, has good weldability, mainly used for connecting pipes. The alloy has poor deformation ability and is difficult to be formed by pressure machining
