(1) Insulation test: use 100 megohm meter to test the insulation resistance of each cable core, and measure the wire and wire one by one. The insulation resistance between wire and copper sheath should be above 200M ω.

(2) Mark the cable with the required length at the copper sheath stripping incision, roll the cable copper sheath with a stripping tool, and strip the cable to the mark. After stripping the copper sheath, separate the cable core and thoroughly remove the magnesium oxide powder from the exposed wire with a clean dry cloth. Remember not to blow it by mouth.

(3) Insulation test: the method is the same as before, the purpose is to check whether there is a collision between the wire and the copper sheath at the stripping point. If there is, it should be removed immediately to ensure the installation quality.

(4) Sealing installation: remove the burr on the edge of the copper sheath, and screw 1 ~ 2 buckles on the copper sheath of the copper sealing cup vertical cable sheath. After confirming that it is vertical, clamp the knurling section at the bottom of the copper tank with torque pliers, and continue to tighten it downward until the thread of the copper tank is flush with the copper sheath of the cable.

(5) Filling sealant for sealing insulation: test the insulation resistance of the cable again to prevent copper chips from touching the wire in the process of tightening the copper tank. Dewetting treatment should be carried out before perfusion. First use a blowtorch to slowly and evenly bake the end 30 ~ 50cm in the end to remove the moisture, and then quickly inject the filling glue into the copper tank. Note that the filling glue should be added gradually from one side, not too fast, in order to empty the air. See Figure 1-76. Fill the tank with glue and press on the lid.
