1, CNC lathe processor must see the process card content before processing, clearly know the workpiece to be processed parts, shapes, drawings of each size and know its next process processing content.

2. Before the workpiece is clamped, the blank size should be measured to see whether it meets the requirements of the drawing. When the workpiece is clamped, it must be carefully checked whether its placement is consistent with the programming operation instructions.

3. Self-check should be carried out in time after rough machining, so as to adjust the data with errors in time. Self-check content is mainly for the position and size of the machining parts.

(1) whether the workpiece is loose;

(2) whether the workpiece is correctly divided;

(3) whether the size of CNC hardware parts processed to the reference edge (reference point) meets the requirements of the drawings;

(4) CNC machining position size between each other. Rough shaped rulers (except arcs) should be measured after checking position dimensions.

4, after rough machining self-inspection before finishing. After finishing, workers should self-check the shape and size of the processing parts: detect the basic length and width of the processing parts in the vertical plane; Measure the base point size indicated on the drawing for the machining part of the inclined plane.

5, workers complete the workpiece self-inspection, confirm that the drawings and process requirements are consistent with the workpiece can be removed and sent to inspectors for special inspection.
