Cylinder head bolt disassembly should follow a certain sequence, each time a little uniform loosening or fastening bolt, prevent bolt deformation and affect the use:

First, the cylinder head bolt removal sequence is divided into two or three times from both sides of the cylinder head to the middle in accordance with the order of cross symmetry disassembly:

1, use a torsion wrench or a special sleeve to loosen each bolt on the cylinder head in a cross symmetrical order from both sides to the middle;

2. Continue to screw the bolts out of the cylinder head in the same order with a torque wrench or a special sleeve;

3, remove the cylinder head and bolts, put in a specific position, in order.

Two, the cylinder head installation sequence should also be in accordance with a certain order:

1. Clean the cylinder block, cylinder barrel and cylinder head plane with a clean towel:

2. Install a new cylinder pad, apply a layer of sealant on the cylinder pad, align the cylinder pad with the threaded hole on the cylinder block;

3. Lubrication and installation of new cylinder bolts;

4. Cross tighten the cylinder head bolts from the middle to both sides for three or four times according to the specified torque.
