The method of welding aluminum parts without deformation is to use low temperature welding.
Low temperature welding aluminum parts have several applications, such as low temperature 179 degrees M51 wire with M51-F flux, remember that the flux core is not 51, but false, M51 needs to be used separately with M51-F flux. But this is an aluminum part with very high purity, pure aluminum is the best. Alloy such as 6061 welding effect is poor, aviation aluminum 7075 almost no weldability.
The other is the solid low-temperature aluminum welding wire WE53 with a melting point of 385 degrees. This welding wire is not suitable for any flux. The advantage is that it is suitable for welding all aluminum parts without deformation.
