Will The Abdominal Puncture Tube Bleed?

Bleed.

Select the appropriate puncture tube before abdominal puncture, and check whether the puncture tube is unobtrusive. The surgeon fixes the puncture skin in the left hand, and thrusts the tube vertically into the abdominal wall through the anesthetic area in the right hand. When the tubefront resistance suddenly disappears, it indicates that the tube tip has passed through the parietal peritoneum, and ascites can be extracted and samples can be reserved for examination. Diagnostic puncture can be performed directly with a 20ml or 50ml syringe and appropriate tube head. When a large amount of liquid is discharged, the tube head of No. 8 or 9 can be used, and a rubber tube is connected to the tube seat. The assistant fixes the tube head with disinfection vascular forceps, and holds the rubber tube, adjusts the speed with the infusion clip, and the ascites is introduced into the container for measurement and inspection.

After draining the fluid, the puncture tube was pulled out, covered with sterile gauze, pressed with fingers for several minutes, and then fixed with tape. After a large amount of fluid discharge, multiple abdominal bands should be applied to prevent sudden drop of abdominal pressure, expansion of internal organs and blood pressure drop or shock.

After the operation, the patient was told to lie flat, and physical examination and blood pressure and pulse measurement were carried out.
