Basic composition of laparoscopy
It consists of five basic systems: laparoscopic video surveillance system, CO2 pneumoperitoneum system, electric cutting system, irrigation-suction system, surgical instruments, etc. See Figure 1.

1. Laparoscopic video surveillance system
It is composed of laparoscope, light source and optical path, micro camera, camera converter, monitor (TV), automatic cooling light source and video recorder. Laparoscopy usually has a 0° and a 30° view. Diameter of 10mm, 5mm, 2.5mm various specifications of instruments. Figure 2 shows this.

2. CO2 pneumoperitoneum system
There are Veness needles, inflatable tubes, pneumoperitoneum machines, and CO2 cylinders. The aim is to provide a wide space and view for surgery.
Abdominal pressure of 12-15mmHg and automatic pneumoperitoneum were scheduled for the operation.
3. Wash-and-absorb system
It mainly includes two parts:
1) Flushing: The function is to observe and protect tissues, prevent adhesion, stop bleeding, repair tissues, etc.
2) Attraction: Use of catheter effect for attraction, sometimes with a filter.
4. Surgical instrument system
Basic equipment for cholecystectomy: 2 trocars (10mm), 2 trocars (5mm), 1 instrument converter (10mm), 2 non-damage grasping pliers, 1 bending dissecting forceps, 1 pneumatic needle, scissors, titanium clamp, wash suction tube, electric coagulation separation shovel and separation hook each.
Special instruments: angiography tube for biliary angiography, needle holding forceps, snaring apparatus for matching needle and ligation, extraction net, etc.
