1. Connection of flange and pipe
The following requirements should be met: the middle point of the pipe and flange should be on the same horizontal line; The middle point of the pipeline should be 90 degrees vertical shape, flange sealing surface should be the same as the flange sealing surface; Flange bolts should be in the same position on the pipe.
2. Washer flange washer
Requirements: In the same pipe, flange under the same pressure to choose the gasket should be the same, so that later can exchange with each other; The principle of gasket selection should be as close to the small width selection as possible, that is, the principle of gasket should be followed on the premise of not crushing the gasket.
3. Connect the flange
Requirements: Check whether the specifications of flanges, bolts and gaskets meet the requirements; Sealing surface should be smooth and clean, should not burr; Bolt thread should be complete, not notched, chimera should be natural; Gasket texture should be flexible, not easy to aging, surface damage, wrinkles, scratches and other problems; Before assembling the flange, clean the flange, oil, dust, rust and other sundries, and clear the sealing line.
4. Assemble the flange
Requirements: flange cover perpendicular to the middle point of the pipeline; Bolts of the same specification shall be installed in the same direction; The flange installed on the branch pipe shall be installed at a distance of more than 100 mm from the riser outer wall, and the distance between the flange and the building wall shall be more than 200 mm; Flange shall not be directly buried in the ground, easy corrosion, so buried in the ground, need to do a good job of anti-corrosion treatment.
