Solution: replace the dispensing needle, or use special cleaning agent to clean the needle after each dispensing operation. In addition, try not to use the same needle for two kinds of glue with different properties. It may not be cleaned clean, which will cause the reaction of two kinds of glue, and also cause the blockage of the glue nozzle.

Problem two: rubber valve leakage

Dripping reason: the automatic dispensing machine failed to stop the delivery of air pressure in time after the dispensing operation is completed, and the needle diameter is too small, too small needle will affect the exhaust bubble action when the rubber valve begins to use, affect the flow of liquid and cause back pressure, resulting in the formation of dripping soon after the rubber valve is closed.

Solution: set the dispensing valve and controller. In addition, replace the large diameter of the needle dispensing needle.

Problem three: bubbles in the glue

Reason: the air in the syringe may not be drained clean before the dispensing operation, or too much fluid pressure and too short valve opening time, will make the air into the liquid, resulting in the production of bubbles.

Solution: The fluid pressure should be controlled reasonably, and the conical inclined needle can be used to avoid bubbles when dispensing.
