Reasons For Mildew Of Aluminum Die Castings

1. The storage environment, temperature and humidity of aluminum die casting products are suitable for mold growth.

2. The surface of aluminum die-casting products is mixed with super sister substances, which automatically absorb moisture into the air to form a corrosion reaction of the galvanic cell and create an environment suitable for mold growth.

3. Due to the corrosion reaction of the galvanic cell, the surface of the aluminum die-casting parts precipitates alkaline compounds. After deliquescence, the temperature and humidity are appropriate and the mold grows rapidly.

4. On the surface of aluminum die-casting products, there are soil suitable for mold growth such as grease, plant fiber, etc. Once the humidity and temperature are appropriate, the mold grows rapidly.

Aluminum die casting solution:

1. Do not use refining metamorphic slagging agent containing sodium or magnesium salt, but use NaF refining metamorphic agent or N2 gas refining.

2. Do not use plant fiber-containing mold release agents, do not use plant fiber-containing machining cutting fluids, and replace oil-based anti-rust cutting fluids.

3. Products cannot be stored in the open air for a long time, and fly dust accumulates on the surface of textile products.

4. The product packaging cartons stacked on the scallops should be wrapped with stretch film 6 sides to be waterproof, and the products should be placed in ventilated and dried after being soaked in water.
