Precautions For Medical Disposable Lung Puncture Needle Biopsy

1. After surgery, patients should rest quietly in bed, closely monitor vital signs, and promptly deal with complications once they are found.
2. Pneumothorax is the most common complication, with an incidence of 8% to 30%. Most of them occurred within 3 hours after surgery. The occurrence of pneumothorax is related to the site of lesion, lung condition and operator technique, as well as the puncture needle used, and whether the patient is cooperative or not. For patients with lung compression greater than 20% and obvious clinical symptoms, air extraction or chest closed drainage is feasible.
3. The incidence of hemoptysis is 5%, which is usually bloodshot sputum or small amount of hemoptysis, occasionally large hemoptysis, and generally improves after 2 ~ 3 days of oral hemostatic.
4. Air embolism is rare. Occasionally caused cerebral air suppository, immediately gave pure oxygen, left lying position, head low, transferred to the high-pressure oxygen chamber treatment.
5. Lung cancer chest wall implantation is rare. After biopsy, tumor cells may be implanted through pinholes and locally form subcutaneous nodules or masses.
