1. Introduction of zinc-aluminum alloy parts. For smaller parts, roller burnishing treatment is possible (no need for grinding and polishing). For parts suitable for grinding and polishing, use uniform force during operation. The thickness of the zinc casting surface should not be the thickness of its dense layer, because the bottom is porous and loose structure. Excessive polishing force will destroy the dense layer on the surface of the substrate. As a result, the polishing paste and bath liquid will enter the exposed pores and cracks, which will affect the quality of the coating.

2. When polishing, first use yellow polishing paste for rough polishing, and then use white polishing paste for fine polishing. The polishing paste should be used in a small amount and the principle of frequent use. When the amount is large, the polishing paste will stick to the grooves and inner holes of the workpiece, which will bring difficulties to decontamination, but it should not be too small, otherwise it will cause local overheating of the surface. Small pits can cause blistering and peeling of the coating.

3. Zinc-aluminum alloy parts explained that after the above-mentioned grinding and polishing, the parts should be scrubbed with gasoline as soon as possible to remove the polishing paste residue, so as to prevent the polishing paste from curing and affecting the quality of chemical degreasing.

4. Zinc-aluminum alloy parts describe that detergents (type B) should be used, with small particles, high density, and less foam. It dissolves quickly in water. It does not burn when touching the solution. The solution is clear and smooth, and the decontamination is obvious. Pay special attention: the water temperature of the enzyme washing powder is 60℃, otherwise, the enzyme will lose its activity and affect the degreasing. In addition, for bulky zinc die-casting parts, you can use a brush or a rag with washing powder to wipe and remove oil manually.
