(3) The sandbag and abdominal band should be removed 24 hours after the patient is in good condition. (4) Puncture or needle extraction should be carried out under the condition that the patient stops breathing, so as not to cut the liver surface with the needle tip and cause massive bleeding. If the puncture is not successful, the needle is retreated to the subcutaneous area. If necessary, change the puncture direction and repeat the puncture, but not more than three times.
