Does Nephritis Puncture Needle Biopsy Have Effect
Dec 16, 2022
Nephritis usually has no significant impact.
At present, kidney puncture needle has been extended for a long time, which is a relatively common and mature operation mode. It is relatively safe, the complication rate is not high, can avoid the occurrence of serious complications, and will not leave long-term sequelae, so the patients and their families who have undergone puncture nephritis do not need to worry too much.
Of course, puncture does have certain complications, and the following complications may occur:
1. Hematuria: Most patients will have microscopic hematuria after puncture, while a small number of patients will have gross hematuria, which will disappear spontaneously after a few days and does not require special treatment;
2. Perirenal hematoma: Generally, small perirenal hematoma will appear after renal puncture without clinical discomfort. Therefore, after renal puncture, B-ultrasound is often performed to detect whether perirenal hematoma is complicated. In addition, the puncture may result in arteriovenous fistula, infection, mispenetration of other organs and other complications, but these complications can be completely avoided now. So overall, nephritis puncture doesn't have a big impact.
